Get Immediate Answers to Frequently Asked Tenant Questions

Q. When is my rent due?
A. Rent is due on the 1st day of the month, it is late on the 5th

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Online payments are preferred, money orders and checks are accepted.


Q. How do I request maintenance?
A. You’ll have an online tenant portal, and through that portal you’ll have the ability to create workorders when/as you need them. Once entered we will receive an email with your request, and we’ll follow up with you right away.


Q. What if I have an emergency maintenance request?
A. We have an emergency phone number you can call for emergencies during the night, and if the emergency occurs during the day our office number is the best way to reach us right away.


Q. How long will it take for a repair to be made?
A. It depends on the nature of the repair, but the appointment will be made on the day the request for work has been made.


Q. What happens when my lease is up?
A. Two months before your lease ends we will contact you to discuss renewing your lease, or if you’re intending to move out we’ll discuss and schedule your move out walkthrough, and answer any questions you might have.


Q. I am moving out, when will I get my deposit back?
A. We always get deposits mailed to tenants within 21 days of moveout.
