We do drive-by's of properties to keep an eye on the exteriors, and if we find anything that is out of the scope of the lease we give a one-time warning and then serve notices on the tenant as required.

Owners can pull statements and invoices 24/7, and tenants can make payments, enter work orders, and email and text our staff with questions. Our accounting is done within this software and provides a seamless transfer of information to our clients. Additionally, each month our owners are emailed an Owner Statement for ease of review. Our systems, software and processes allow us to provide information to clients and for access to us, all the time - no matter the hour!
