Inspections

We inspect every unit twice a year, or every six months. We'll generate an report complete with photos and provide that to the owner, along with any recommendations we think would be wise.

Rent Collection

We provide online payment services at no charge to tenants or the owner, as well as pay slips tenants can use to make payments at local stores when necessary. This system has proven very successful.

Enforcement

We do drive-by's of properties to keep an eye on the exteriors, and if we find anything that is out of the scope of the lease we give a one-time warning and then serve notices on the tenant as required.

Our accounting is done within this software and provides a seamless transfer of information to our clients. Additionally, each month our owners are emailed an Owner Statement for ease of review. Our systems, software and processes allow us to provide information to clients and for access to us, all the time - no matter the hour!
